A thorough scheme of testing at every step.
To maintain and ensure the quality of our PVC cables, a thorough and rigorous scheme of testing of raw materials, process inspection and testing of completed cables is followed in our works.
Raw materials
All incoming raw materials are checked to standard — conductors to IS 8130 and insulation compound to IS 5831.
Process inspection
Conductor, bunching, stranding and extrusion are each inspected for dimensions, surface and resistance.
Spark testing
Each metre passes a high-voltage spark tester, so there is no weak spot in the insulation.
Finished cable
Routine and type tests on completed cables in our fully equipped laboratory with the latest test equipment.
Process inspection
Stage-wise checks on the shop floor.
Wire Conductor
